grow your professional toolkit...

Leadership East Bay (LEB) informs, challenges, and motivates current and emerging leaders from diverse sectors to strengthen their skills, expand their professional networks, become better informed, engaged citizens, and discover how best to give back to the community.

LEB is open to all individuals who live or work in Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, and Emeryville, who serve clients in these communities, or share regional interests.  The program was launched in 2004 in conjunction with the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce and is one of many community leadership programs throughout the country, each independently run.  In 2016, LEB became a separate entity from the Berkeley Chamber, which remains our fiscal sponsor.

Our Mission

Leadership East Bay convenes emerging and established leaders from diverse community sectors to refine and develop their leadership skills through a peer cohort for learning and support to become better informed and engaged citizens as they serve the communities they impact.

Key learnings for me include learning how my staff sees me
