harriet ann goldmaN
project director

Ann brings extensive experience as an executive director, program manager, and consultant in the nonprofit, government, higher education, and environmental sectors. Her areas of interest are organizational development, participatory group facilitation, strategic planning, cross-sector collaboration, and board development.

Previous key roles include principal facilitator with the Lake Tahoe Interagency Partnership at Lake Tahoe, leading a cross-sector planning process with working group leaders from 22 government agencies engaged in diverse projects as part of the Environmental Improvement Program to protect the Tahoe Basin ecosystem.

Her work with nonprofit agencies includes seven years as executive director of a regional arts-in-education program which she established to serve 5,000 K-12 public school students in three counties and as Senior Affiliate Consultant for The Management Center providing board retreat and strategic planning for a wide range of nonprofit organizations.

Ann has a B.A. in Sociology from UC Berkeley and an M.S in Education from Syracuse University. Gardening, singing with the Berkeley Community Chorus, hiking and traveling with her partner, Stan, are her favorite activities outside of work hours.
